Instant replacement, no investigation. If your order goes missing or turns up damaged, tell us and we ship a new one the same day — no courier claim, no waiting weeks for someone else to decide.

It also covers parcels stolen after they've been marked delivered, which nothing else covers.

How to claim: email stylesleepy@gmail.com with your order number, plus a photo if it's damage. Most claims approved within 24 hours. If the item's out of stock, you get a full refund.

Your rights either way: if your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, we replace or refund it whether or not you bought protection. Protection buys speed, and covers theft after delivery. It doesn't replace your statutory rights.

Covers one order. Claims within 30 days of shipping. Doesn't cover wrong addresses entered at checkout, refused deliveries, or wear after use.
